Who knew that the original McDonald’s was located in San Bernardino? Since I was in the area, I decided to stop by and quickly look around. When you park your car, you are greeted with a giant mural covering the side of the building with old mechanical rides and statues.

Depending on where you parked, you turn the corner and you see the enterance and the original sign.

Since it was a warm day I decided on a simple outfit with these open side flats from J Adams shoes. They are super cute and comfortable for a day of comfort or date night.

more about the museum

Richard and Maurice McDonald opened their first location in 1940. It was then bought off by the owner of Juan Pollo who then converted it into a museum. The original sign still stands with lots of McDonald’s memorabilia inside to see. Since, I was in rush I didn’t quite take photos of the inside but I will definitly be back to do a more extensive blog post about this location.
